Dear Friends,

Joy, uniting mind, body and spirit, brings me health and connects me to inspiring communities. A regular practice of learning, moving and appreciating creates a rhythm and flexibility, encouraging one to dance with constant life changes. Taking positive risks, noticing the patterns of the breath, finding still spaces, and savoring the senses all allow for accepting and maybe even loving change. Practicing something healthy daily leads to practicing joy in life situations. I want to be a catalyst for joy in people’s lives.

That being said, I want to also seek a balance between joy and challenge. I embrace taking the risk to: try a new practice, find a quieter place within oneself, or discover noisy, unruly and possibly ugly parts of our lives. These experiences all lead to the practice of accepting our unique personalities and bodies. Acceptance most often will take us to more peaceful lifestyles.

Merging joys and challenges make a practice sustainable. The groundwork laid fosters strength and authenticity. I want to work with individuals to find the tools to continue building their own strength and authenticity.
